on my way to find myself #6; Kyoto

I bought the JR pass for one week, so I had exactly 7days to explore Japan in its beauty and diversity. Since I am crazy about going to as many places as possible, also because of quite a high price of the pass (29000yen), I have decided to sleep each night in a different city, one day one city!
So my itinerary was: Kyoto- Osaka- Hiroshima- Fukuoka- Sendai- Morioka (6nights)

on my way to find myself #5; Tokyo

as my Japan trip is coming to the end, and I finally the photos are ready to be seen by the world. This first post is from the first weekend in Tokyo (27-31.7). It was a very adventurous beginning! But fortunately, I didn't sleep under a bridge haha
For those who want to know HOW and WHY I was in Japan, I was attending an internship in Tsukuba university (not Tokyo), through IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students Associations). It was such an amazing experience! Plus this, I gave myself 2 extra weeks for travel, and next posts will be from the cities. I really hope you will find Japan as exciting as I did. I will also try post in each post some tips I can think of at that moment- hopefully, it will help you.

on my way to find myself #4; Colombia

so I have decided to finish the Colombia posts with this one last, which will include the mix of random places I visited the last days before leaving this lovely country I miss dearly!
The top photo is a view over Bogota from Montserrate, what is a hill with a church on top. The height is over 3200meters above sea level!
enjoy ♥

on my way to find myself #3; Colombia- GUATAVITA

in this post I would like to show you more of beautiful Colombia, specifically the city of Guatavita. The lake you can see on the photo actually flooded the old town in mid 1960s. So the city was rebuilt on higher ground.
Join me on my wander around!

on my way to find myself #2; Colombia- BOGOTA

hello again,
this summer has started to me a month ago!
For three weeks I went to Bogota, Colombia to visit my family. Since I didn't know much about Colombia, and it isn't yet very touristic country, I couldn't even google much about what to expect, so I did what is best- didn't expect anything.  And that was the best thing I could have done!
After sleep over the jet lag, I visited the city for the first time and it was very very very nice. We went to a street market which is open only on Sundays and holidays. It was very clean and people looked willingly to adjust the prices, I did take advantage of it haha. The only disadvantage and you should keep that in mind when travelling to Colombia, pickpockets and make sure you take care of your camera and all your stuff. But except this, the country itself was lovely and very enjoyable.

The next weeks went super fast, so much happened!
(in case you didn't know, I love to make lists haha)
